Additional Comments:
Luxurious, spacious, comfortable and convenient. Our home was a model and so has all of the nicely appointed designer touches.
We are only 2 miles from DMTC and the shuttles that leave from the train station are only a short walk away. We are within a short (5-10 minute) walk of great beaches, Lagoons, restaurants, art galleries, and shopping in the Cedros Design District.
The 1st level of this property includes the great room, which features a gourmet equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living room with a fireplace and a plasma TV. Also on this level is a bedroom and bathroom, which is ideal for those who can't climb stairs. On the 2nd level you will find 2-luxury master suites with king beds in each and the fourth bedroom with extra long twin beds. The loft is on the 3rd level, which has peak views of the Pacific Ocean, both north and west. We have wireless high speed Internet so you can work as needed in between trips to the beach, bike rides on the beach at low tide, great meals and of course time at Del Mar Race Track.
